Info: Mouse Anti-CD61 (Clone F11) recognizes CD61. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype. Anti-CD61 recognizes the (Mr 110 kDa) common ß-subunit of the gp IIb/IIIa complex and the vitronectin receptor (VNR). The gp IIb (CD41) antigen and the gp IIIa (CD61) antigen form the cell adhesion complex (gp IIb/IIIa) which is the receptor on platelets for fibrinogen, von Willebrand factor, fibronectin and vitronectin.
